Game maker Zynga and fashion designer Kenneth Cole have teamed up to celebrate Pride Month in the hyper-casual mobile game High Heels by Zynga.
The move marks the last in a series of huge moves by Zynga to celebrate diversity. The partnership will feature the Kenneth Cole Pride 2021 fashion collection as part of the High Heels game published by Zynga’s Rollic division and downloaded more than 60 million times. This collaboration marks the first time Kenneth Cole’s iconic street-smart style is featured in a mobile game, and it’s yet another recognition of how important audiences have become to gaming.
For the first two weeks of June, players can play with pride as they outfit their character and use the virtual runway in products from the Kenneth Cole Pride 2021 collection, including the
Brand Kam sneakers, shirts that read “Being different is what we have in common” and other accessories such as sunglasses, watches and mask straps.
Kenneth Cole has supported a culture of justice and inclusion for nearly 40 years. In 2020, Kenneth Cole founded the Mental Health Coalition, whose mission is to build a like-minded community that will work together to destigmatize all mental illness and provide equitable access to vital resources and support for all.
For every Pride product purchased on kennethcole.com, a percentage of net sales are donated to The Mental Health Coalition. The coalition provides specific resources for LGBTQ + communities, including an LBGTQ + mental health guide and the ability to reach out to their affiliates for assistance.
